In recent years, the industries related to papermaking and forestry have continued to develop. The demand for employment has been buoyant. The total number of graduates in our school has not been able to meet the demand. At the same time, a certain percentage of graduates have yet to determine their jobs when they change jobs or graduates, which intensifies the employment situation. Objectively, we also have close cooperation with industry companies in personnel training. On the one hand, we guarantee the quality of personnel training, unobstructed access channels for employers and graduates, and implement various measures for integration of production and education; on the other hand, we help them through measures such as the training of key personnel of enterprises and the professional training of newly recruited employees.
