On the afternoon of April 12, 2018, the college held an online open course construction exchange and seminar in Room A320, No. 2 teaching building. First of all, the business personnel of Superstar Erya explained the theme of “the concept of mixed teaching and the overall teaching design”. The participants conducted exchanges and discussions on online open course construction and mixed teaching.
In the current era of network information technology and tools increasingly infiltrating and integrating into people's daily work and life, the integration of network information technology and tools into the teaching process is an inevitable trend and choice. In 2016, we obtained the project of Shandong Province's high-level application specialty (lightweight engineering specialty is core specialty and forestry chemical engineering specialty is radiation specialty). Since 2017, we have started to use the papermaking process virtual simulation system and the “paper lane” link. The selection of course construction will be the starting point; this year, the papermaking specialty core courses, experimental courses, and core forestry professional courses will expand the scale of online open courses, and strive to complete and carry out the experiment of mixed teaching; and gradually expand to more courses. The goal of the college is to fully integrate teaching and implementation of mixed teaching with network information technology as a focal point to guide, motivate, and urge teachers to actively understand, recognize, and participate in teaching reforms, from teaching content, teaching methods, test assessment methods, and even curriculum settings. In terms of teaching materials, etc., the teaching level and quality have been comprehensively improved, and a batch of teaching landmark results have been formed and identified.
