On the morning of May 15, 2018, the college held a discussion meeting for the teaching work and discussed and deployed the curriculum development and other issues. Ding Hongjie, deputy dean chaired the meeting; the director of papermaking, forestry department and some key teachers attended the meeting.
Li Ronggang, deputy director of the online open courses, mixed teaching and other basic teaching philosophy, knowledge and national policies, etc., made an introduction to this year's papermaking profession online open curriculum construction plan and progress of the situation and requirements. Director Xue Jingwen made explanations and requirements for Linhua University's online open course construction plan and division of labor and progress.
Ding Hongjie made relevant deployments and requirements: First, three papermaking courses (papermaking plant resources chemistry, pulping principles and engineering, papermaking principles and engineering), and three courses of forestry chemistry (the lower part of natural product chemistry, forestry chemical technology, Wood Chemistry) On the basis of completing the tender documents in April, we will strive to complete the bidding work by the end of May; the pulp and paper analysis and inspection course will focus on the preparation of the bidding documents; Li Ronggang and Xue Jingwen shall be responsible for follow-up and supervision. The second is that the heads of the various courses do not wait for the results of the tender and immediately start technical preparations such as course content design, and strive to complete all coursework in October. The third is to enrich the personnel of the course group. The currently identified person in charge of the course mainly starts the convening and procedural work. The content and level of the course also require the completion and guarantee of the entire course teacher. The department and the college must support the work of the person in charge of the course. Fourth, the construction of the paper-based courses and paper virtual simulation system should speed up the progress and guarantee level, and put into operation as soon as possible, and strive to apply for provincial and national certification in 2020.
The conference also conducted discussions on mid-term teaching inspections, innovation competitions, guidance, and enrollment.
